How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account.
it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

How to check the order list:
Once payment is complete, you can check your order list on my page.
-PC: Click [My Page] in the upper right corner of the website.
-Mobile: Click on [My Page] at the top of the website.

Payment

i-DOL can choose the following payment methods:
1. PayPal
You can log in to your PayPal account or pay by debit card or credit card.

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Selected by customer
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Selected by customer
  • Delivery Time : 2 - 14 days
  • ■ Shipping
    1. Shipping price is free / fast delivery DHL (Paid Shipping) You can choose the shipping method you want.
    2. The product will be shipped on business days only.
    3. If you did not receive your product two weeks after the invoice number was given, please contact us by e-mail. (i-dol@tianrun.co.kr)
    4. Non-delivery zone: The area below the U.S. territory is not eligible for EMS/K-Packets.
     : Puerto Rico (PR), Virgin Islands (VI), Guam (GU), Marshall Islands (MH), Saipan (MP), Samoa (AS), Palau (PW), Hawaii
    5. In addition to the above countries, delivery may not be possible due to regulations or circumstances in the respective countries, such as customs policies.
    6. You may have to pay an intermediary fee for the shipment. This charge is charged separately at the time of delivery and must be paid directly.

    ■ Customs
    1. National customs regulations may result in customs duties in the delivery process. All related fees must be borne by the buyer.
    2. The tariffs that are incurred may vary depending on the region and goods purchased.
    3. Customs policies vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office to confirm the customs duty and tax on imports. If you do not know your national customs regulations, high tariffs may be imposed, delivery may be delayed, or goods may be returned to us.
    4. i-DOL is not responsible for the customs duties incurred.
    5. All costs incurred during the return process (international round-trip shipping, Korean customs duties and tariffs) shall be borne by the purchaser and deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

■ About the return and exchange process

1. Please let us know the order information for the product that is due to be returned within seven days of the arrival of the product. (e-mail or Q&A)
2. Please return it to the address specified by the customer center when returning it or exchanging it.
3. When the returned product arrives at the main office, the person in charge will contact you via e-mail.

※ It may take some time to return items from abroad. (Minimum one month) Please understand in advance.

■ For return shipping charges

1. By Buyer's mistake (ex: insufficient address, etc.), If returned, You have to pay $10 for the re-shipment. For refunds, the $ 5 return cost charge will be deducted.
2. If your product is damaged and you are unable to wear it, please send us a product photo and order information.
3. We will re-shipping it to you if it is shipped in a different product than the one ordered by the buyer.
4. When shipped again, If the product is out of stock, replace it with another product of the same price range or proceed with a refund.
5. Please contact our Customer service center within 7 days.

■ Return, not exchangeable
1. Products that have been over 30 days since receipt of the product.
2. Products Used (There are exceptions.)
3. If damage is caused by carelessness of the customer.

■ Be careful when returning or exchanging
1. The Company shall not be liable for the loss of the returned product due to accidents or the like occurring until the product arrives to us.
2. Please use the designated carrier and return address when returning.

Refunds

1. If you cancel your order before shipping, you can get a refund. However, you cannot cancel your order after the delivery has started.
2. The product is returned, in the case of a refund, a $ 5 postage charge will be deducted and refunded.
3. Refunds can be completed within up to 30 days according to PayPal Refund Regulations. Please check if you received an email from PayPal.
